“I have now followed all kinds of different classes from Janna. Both yoga classes in a studio and online yoga classes. But also YogaNidra via Zoom, an online workshop for tall people and a silent walk. I prefer to follow (I think like many people) a lesson in the studio, but also Janna’s online lessons are something to look forward to.
Her tranquility even radiates through a screen into your own living room. I admire her ability to move along with what is possible, and to turn it into a nice lesson in her own way. As a tall person, I notice that I also benefit greatly from her tips that help me throughout the day to improve my posture.
I also like taking lessons from Janna because she is authentic. I can sometimes be a bit allergic to yoga teachers wearing designer leggings in hip studios. Janna exudes warmth and in the programs she offers you feel that she does things in line with her own values.
In short, it is highly recommended to take a class at FLOWOHY.

Thank you Babette and Janna. The weekly gatherings were a great time to take a break to dance, meditate and share.
